The referral playbook
How commissions work, where they come from and honest ways to invite people who will actually stick around.
The referral program pays you a commission on what the people you invite earn, for as long as they keep earning. The commission comes from our share and is never deducted from your friend's rewards. If they earn $10 from an offer, they receive $10 and you receive your percentage on top. That matters when you recommend EarnOpus to someone: you are not asking them for a favor, and you are not profiting at their expense.
Your rate depends on how many active referrals you have. Everyone starts at 5%. With 5 active referrals the rate rises to 7.5%, with 25 it becomes 10%, and with 100 it reaches 15%. The higher rate applies to all your referrals, not only the new ones. Active means a referred member who has earned at least a small minimum from offers and surveys themselves — a lifetime total with no time limit, so an active referral never lapses. Bonuses, promo codes and streak rewards do not count towards it, and the Referrals page names the current amount. The program rewards you for inviting people who genuinely use the site rather than for collecting sign-ups.
You will find your link and code on the Referrals page. Anyone who signs up through the link, or enters the code while registering, is attached to your account permanently. The page shows how many people have joined, how many of them count as active, what your commissions have paid you so far and the rate you are on; the people themselves stay anonymous, because nobody on EarnOpus can look into another member's account. Commissions are credited as your referrals' rewards are confirmed, and they count towards your lifetime earnings, so they also move your level and your VIP tier.
The invitations that work best are personal and specific. "I made $14 last week playing a farm game in the evenings, here is my link" persuades in a way that a bare link never will. Show a payout confirmation if you have one. Tell people what it is really like: it is not a salary, it is pocket money for spare time, and the first withdrawal can come within days. People who join with accurate expectations stay active, and active referrals are the only kind that pay.
Then help them through their first day. Most new members who leave do so because their first offer did not track and nobody told them why. Send them our getting-started guide, suggest a short first task and remind them to turn off their VPN and ad blocker. A referral who reaches a first withdrawal almost always stays. Ten minutes of help at the start is worth more than another twenty links posted somewhere.
A few rules protect the program for everyone. Do not create accounts for yourself under your own link; they are detected, and both accounts are closed. Do not post links where they are unwelcome, including comment sections, unrelated communities and our own chat. Do not promise earnings you cannot back up, and do not run paid ads that use our name without permission. Share where you have a real voice, such as a group of friends, a community you belong to or a channel of your own, and the numbers will take care of themselves.
